Veridose · Home Care & Medical

Prove the visit
actually happened.

Veridose issues a cryptographically signed, tamper-evident receipt for every home-care visit — who, when, where, how long — verified by multiple independent signals, not a single GPS ping that can be spoofed. Auditable by the payer, the agency, and the family, without trusting any one of them.

The mandate

EVV is federal law. The tooling is stuck in 2016.

The 21st Century Cures Act requires Medicaid-funded personal-care and home-health visits to be electronically verified — date, location, type of service, the individual served, the caregiver, and the begin and end times.

Today that's served by clunky, GPS-only apps that caregivers learn to game and auditors can't independently trust. A single spoofable location ping is the whole proof.

Veridose replaces that with a cryptographic receipt— multiple verification signals, sealed into a tamper-evident chain that an auditor can verify by mathematics instead of taking the agency's word.

How it works

A signed receipt for every visit.

Multi-signal, not GPS-only

Presence, schedule, and care events combine into one verification — no single signal is forgeable on its own. Tier-rated by how many signals corroborate the visit.

Sealed into a chain

Each visit receipt is hash-linked to the one before it. Alter a record after the fact and every later link visibly breaks. Immutable by math, not by policy.

Audit-ready on demand

A payer, surveyor, or family member can independently verify any visit against the published key — no login, no trusting the agency. Export a clean audit packet per claim.

Protects everyone, equally

The honest broker for home care.

Agencies

Provable compliance and clean claims. Fewer clawbacks, faster reimbursement, audit defense that holds.

Payers & states

Verification they can trust without a site visit. Fraud and phantom visits become mathematically detectable.

Families

Independent proof their loved one was actually visited, for the scheduled time — not a checkbox they have to take on faith.

Pilot

Built on infrastructure that's already live.

Veridose runs on Authyr's production signed-attestation chain — the same engine issuing verified receipts and court-ready evidence packets today. We're selecting home-care agencies for an EVV pilot.
